rocker adjustment problems

ok i got a 91 integra ls. i had teh head rebuild and i adjsuted teh rockers adn all taht but now i have to go in every couple weeks and redo it. need advice

Tighten the nut more so it doesnt come loose, or make sure that you're doing it right.
