The 03 units are garbage. mine was replaced 5 times. now there are trying to get me an 04 unit. hopefully those are better.

Replaced my nav unit twice now on my 04. Still under warranty but what a hassle to keep having to fix it.

If you're talking about getting the factory INR or TNR found in '03-'05 GM full-size trucks/SUVs--nope; those model-year vehicles use a communications data bus (which the INR and TNR communicate on) different from that used in previous NBS model year vehicles.
