Wait4me & Radio Questions....

I found a guy who does tunes for a decnt price, I hear a lot of good reviews from the guys on gmtrucks.com and was wondering what you guys think? the website is www.wait4meperformance.com They say that nelson, westers, and pcm4less are tried and true, but this guy has a solid client base, and I hear is moving up quite fast. Anyone tried them.......He is charging $150.00 for a new pcm plus $7.70 shipping, and if you send him your pcm.

Another question, the presets on the radio, nuber 2 and number 5, the lights died out, is there a way to change the bulb, or is this wiring problem.....the same thing happen to the recirculating air button where the air conditioning functiions are......anyone know what to do.....thanks....

Nobody has yet said what he changes and how far he will go. I am not saying he is bad, if he fits your budget and he makes you happy good for you.

Find out what he does and how far he will go to finish the sale if you don't find a gain in MPG, performance, or driveability.

I don't know about the tune, but the bulb issue has been discussed on here before. Do a search. It appears that it is the bulbs. You have to do some soldering to change em out. I have the same problem, that same a/c button seems to always go out. At least on mine and a couple of my friends. I just haven't gotten up the time or nerve to take it all apart and start soldering. I believe I read the bulbs can be had at Radio Shack for little $, just have to make sure to get the right size/voltage or they burn out fast. Search it out and hope this helps.

I dunno about the wait for me tunes, but I do know that Nelson has got my business from now on. His customer service you cannot beat. I'm on my 2nd tune from him now and won't change for anything
