Rearend pop

I have a '02 Yukon, I have noticed a popping sound coming from the left rear wheel area when I turn, it seems worse when I am making a left turn, has anyone had this problem??

Yes and it was the gears and seals in the rear end. Had it fixed at Beck & Masten GMC and have not had this problem anymore.
