Replace 1999 Intrepid Door Locks

We need to replace the door locks on the intrepid. When you put the key in, there is nothing there, maybe someone tried to break into the car once, and puched them out. Change of job means we now need to lock the car.


I was told we need to have a dealer professionall (expensivly) install new locks, and we cannot do it ourselves.

When we use the electric lock button in the car, 3 doors, lock, but the drivers side makes a loud noise and won't move. Not sure if that will effect the change of locks or not. We can push the lock down on the drivers side and lock iit and unlock it manually.
