hey everyone! Ok i was asking this question because im tired of my Plain old Grey interior. So i was wonder what are the steps that you have to do to get that show off look? Do you add a sheet of fiber glass to the dashboard or something? Please let me know! Thanks
Here is an example picture below of what i mean.

Damn thats a pretty car. If you want the shiney look, you could probably lay down a layer of fiber glass, bondo it, sand, and paint it, or you could probably justput bondo down, sand it and paint it. If you're after a stock finish, but different color, you could just just paint it. I am helping my friend paint his 1g and we found that krylon fusion works pretty good. If you are really hard core, you could paint it with a gun. I would buy a bitch piece and test on it.

Re: Anyone know how to Prep and Paint Interiors?
Does Fusion bond well to vinyl? I have been looking for vinyl die all over but no one has it.
I'm in the process of doing my interior now and am taking all the plastic pieces wiping them down with cleaner letting them dry and then spraying them with Fusion. I'm debating whether or not to clear coat them. I probably will though. If you're gonna use a color such as red, it's a good idea to primer it first because it doesn't take as well in my experience.

Re: Anyone know how to Prep and Paint Interiors?
From what we have tested, fusion bonds pretty well to vinyl. We sprayed a spot on our bitch piece and let it dry. We pressed on it and rubbed it and it held up fine. Not sure on how it would do in hot/cold or if it can stand the test of time. I am pretty sure I saw vinyl dyes on www.jcwhitney.com
