Wiring Problem

I bought this mr from this guy far far away and I am now trying to set up my cd player from my integar to this one. Its a Pioneer model. I bought a wiring harness for the new set up but it will only play through the sub. The speakers in the back and front seem to be wired through the amp too. Ity played some how what ever way the guy before me set up. But I can't figure it out!!!!!!! Anybody have an idea?
