Well as you all know Ive gone through hell to get this damn turbo to work. Well today i found oil in my boost gauge.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was pretty damn shocked to find this. Any how i fixed that problem. But then i turned on the car and smoke was comming out the exhaust. Again shocked the car has been running for a week or so and more smoke.... Ahhhhhhhhhhh Any how it may be the turbo was bad that my friend sold me and now i have to deal with this problem. I just want it to run right for now. Thats all im asking "i know that is alot to ask from a dsm but please" Does any one have a 14b for sale or 16g by chance if so how much for it. It will take me a couple of weeks to get the money because i just started a new job but i won't start until the first of october. Any way if anyone has one they are looking to get rid of please let me know...

I have the turbo and exhaust manifold from a stock 1g Talon. Not sure what kind it is....been wondering for a while. But whatever the stock one is, that's the one I have. I was going to turbo my car for a while, but didn't/don't have the money or the desire to boost it any more. By the way, what type of turbo comes off of a Talon?

I have a 14B at home with some major cracks in the exhaust housing around the wastegate and chewed blades, and a T-25 that burns some oil at home. Let me know if you are interested. You might be able to piece together at least one good 14B.

first of all what color is the smoke that is comming out?? it could be something other than your turbo.

the white blueish color that it was when the t25 killed over. It didn't do it today it hasn't done it again but im just waiting. It also wont boost bast 12psi so i think that its just a matter of time until it dies... I only got to use it one time at 15 god this sucks.....
How much do you want for it?

Uhhh...whatever you're willing to pay. I bought it for $50 with the manifold so I'm not going to ask you to pay more than that. How about....$50 so I come out even; although shipping would probably suck huh?

I paid 125 for mine on e-bay. The guy claimed it had 15000 miles, but when I got it you could fall in the cracks in the exhaust housing and around the wastegate flapper. Bastard >: (

well it has to be in better shape than this one i still can't get over 12psi but i didn't try today im going to see if its just the boost controller but i dought it. I hooked up the boost controller to the EBC so it should do at least 14 if im lucky. Maybe from there i should be able to adjust it. Its just an idea. But for some odd reasone it seems to spool a little faster but again i don't know.. But when i get my first check I'll come find you. If you could post some pictures up of the housing and things like that it would be great. Thanks again

Sure, no problem. It doesn't suck, so don't think that's why I'm selling it for $50. I has a post in the forum that I was selling my Eclipse and buying a Civic, but that's no longer the case. I'm going to just buy all the parts and fix it myself. Well, my mom's buying them, so the quicker I can pay her back the better :-). I'll have pics up later Sunday. Take care, and keep in touch.
