civic stereo wiring harness??? help ASAP

i have a 97 civic ex with no stereo.... i want to put on in and i bought a new sony cd player...

i just need to know wich wires are wat.... on the stock harness...

like wich colors are for power/ground/remote/speakers stuff like that

anyone have a diagram or something... let me know asap
