Code 26 HELP!!!
What do I have to do to get rid of this code? It started after I changed the fuel injectors. I have no idea on how to test them or the wiring going to/coming from them. The CEL is driving me insane.

Re: Code 26 HELP!!!
easiest way is to disconnect the battery. To test your injectors, you can put a screwdriver to your ear and put the screwdriver by an injector. If you feel it clicking and it speeds up w/ engine speed, your injectors are working electrically & mechanically.

I have already checked for compression and do have a low Cyl in the front, but I had this before I even changed the injectors, We have this tracked to possible valve issue as we did the wet test and the compression didn't return. Thanks for the replies. |
