Exclamation Orange Glow!

Hey alll;

Today I did the tedious task of washing my car. It poured the other day, and I did a little off-roading... (dont ask). Anywho, I washed, did a little waxing, and then detailed the engine. I was looking at the stuff that I had, and it included: brake cleaner, Armorall wipes, and oddly enough, Orange Glow Degreasing Spray. I wiped all the hoses down with the Armorall wipes, and then decided to just start spraying the orange glow pretty much on anything dirty. Man, you let that stuff sit, and the dirty just falls right off! Not to sound , but the engine smells of oranges now too! In 10 minutes, my engine looks like this:

Next off day, and when I do my fuel filter, I'm going to get deeper down in there to clean everything. The hoses are shiney, and look brand new. Cant wait to also get some hightemp paint and start painting some brackets and stuff later! OrangeGlow works!

Looks hella good man. I just used some generic degreaser, and that worked pretty good too. Always nice to have a sparkling engine bay.

Re: Orange Glow!

On the day my car got totalled I installed new light bulbs, new cone filter, cleaned the car and waxed it and also cleaned my engine bay like david did. For the first time since I almost got it, it looked clean for about 3 hours and then bye bye , to the scrap yard .

Hey david do you want a AEM V2 intake ? Or anything you need man I can take off my car.

I wouldn't even try it. If anything, it would probably make it worse.

Re: Orange Glow!

Damn man! That sucks! My friend ruined it for me. I just got my cold air intake installed for 2 days and he decided to spray some of his Dealership engine cleaner on it and it messed all my chrome up. . =\ So now my CAI is stained and my chrome sway bar is fugged.

Re: Orange Glow!

get some Mother's Polish from wal-mart...that shit does wonders. a while ago i took off my stock exhaust tips (just those two coverings) cause they were covered in black shit....started off with 100grit sandpaper, went all the way lapping it to 2000 grit, washed it, then used mothers on it...turned out like a fucking mirror!

Re: Orange Glow!

I have springs, shocks, the AEM V2 intake, lights fron and rear. ( Rear are clear smoked ). Oh I also have nology Hot wires.
I have actually never sold anything to any one but I was posting everything on EBAy but if you need anything I will sell it to you. I dont know how much to ask for them though thats why I was gonna use EBAY to let people bid.
The AEM V2 was on the car for 5xxx miles. Its clean and it sounds great. Its actually sounds like a turbo car since its loud and when the engine starts sucking lots of air in upper RPM's. I got the V2 on a deal for $245 but I will sell for a lot less.
