upper console light
the light at the rear of my upper console..is missing...im not sure what i need cause iv'e never had one to look at it.......i have no idea all im missing on it..........when you look at it there is just 2 prongs (where a light socket or something goes?) anyway what all do i need?
so far i know i need the lens....what else? im sorry im confused right now

Are you talking about the consol strip on the middle of the roof... or are you talking about the 3rd brake light in the back...
I need to get my 3rd brake light fixed, not to sure whats going on with it, tryed a new bulb, still nothing...

im sorry i tried to post a picture but it wont work right............the strip thats on the roof in Between the t-tops ( iv'e heard people call it a upper console)....anyways im wanting to fix it but i dont know what i need

it happens. just squeeze the housing and it pops right off. then replace the bulb...

i dont have a housing .......i dont have a socket to place a bulb in....all i have is 2 prongs where something went........i need to know what all goes there so i can know what to buy.

yeah, the bulb fits into those two prongs. it's a tube-looking light, i forget the number, i think it's 2112 or something. check ebay, or a junkyard for the housing, it's just a piece of plastic.

ok thankyou.......FINALLY......iv'e seen the plastic lens all over ebay....i just had no idea if thats all i needed......i'd like to talk to the #$%^ who murdered this car

btw........i tried uploading images into my member gallery (my first try ever) i browse, find my image, then i click upload.....ok....then it says something like " wait it will forward you..blah blah" something like that...then it goes to a page and it says no images found.......what did i do wrong? is my file to big?......i didnt want to start a new thread....seeing i was trying to show a picture of my dome light..this was a perfect place to put it
