Hmmm.. Don't remember providing you with a link to Andy Matthews model pages..!! His models are inspiring and superbly detailed however this was a full time job for him and this affords you lots of time to work on large scale models such as these. As impressive as they may be, I just think it’s a hobby and no matter how much detail you put into a build, you shouldn’t aim to better other model builders. Just build to please your own standards and improve on these, and time will then produce a stunning masterpiece, worthy of the best position in the display cabinet.

I posted a few weeks back about his models, as I too was impressed but did question the pictures somewhat.. I still think a bit of the old Photoshop here and there, but I was educated that he hired a professional photographer, how used a VERY high end digital camera, so I can only go on this and say – DARN..!! Impressive..!!

no you didn't send me a link.. i said i tried the link you had ... meaning the one that you posted... i am just trying to source lots of info etc and where to get parts from and what they use photoetch etc.. and general ideas... i have lots of time on my hands ... lots of ideas... now i finished building and racing my sprint car will be a nice change to make the model stuff..
