I have a 1994 Dodger Intreprid with the 3.5 ltr engine that for a mysterious reason overheats without warning, although ususally after sitting in traffic. The dealer has not been able to replicate the problem. I have already blown two radiators. The thermostat is new and I let the air out of the valve when I installed the radiators. The car has now 150,000 miles on it. Is there another device that is the culprit? Anyone with a solution? Thanks in advance.

Re: 1994 Dodge Intrepid Blows Radiators
your cooling fans are not turning on, this is a common problem on these cars. Check your fan relay which is in your underhood fuse box; switch it out w/ another relay and see if it kicks on.
