Missed my ride

So here I am... at 9:19 AM. I let my business partner drive the company car last night and just drop me off. Told him to come back at 9:00. He showed up at 9:00. I saw him pull into the driveway. He didn't honk or anything. Just pulled in. I grabbed a shirt, poured food into the cat bowl, turned off the TV and walked outside just as he was starting the car. Then he pulled out, with me standing on the porch shutting the front door, and sped the fuck off. Leaving me stranded. I even screamed his name and I KNOW he didn't have the damn radio up too loud because THERE FUCKING ISNT ONE. So here I am... at 9:21. I called the shop and told the employee to tell josh to get the FUCK Back here and that I was pissed. It's a 5 minute drive. It's been 19 minutes. AARGH!!! god that pisses me off.

sorry, but thats got me laughing. He goes to pick you up and just leaves. I hope he has a good explanation, but for now I'm just going to chuckle.

Re: Missed my ride

lol i called back to the shop and told my employee who was already there that when ride-boy got there to get his punk bitch ass the fuck back here NOW. lol He gets back and I walk outside and im like DONT FUCKING LEAVE. I'M RIGHT HERE. DO YOU SEE ME THIS TIME? LOOK! I'M WALKING TOWARDS THE CAR. ARENT YOU SUPPOSED TO DRIVE OFF RIGHT ABOUT NOW?

I tell him I was standing on the damn porch screaming at him as he was leaving and he's like "oh I wasn't looking at the porch." That was his explaination. To which I replied with; "were you not listening at the porch either." Then I bitch slapped his shitbag ass. Then we went to work and had a relatively uneventful day.

1.buy him out, if possible!
2.start skimming $$ off the books, make it look like him, then you have a valid excuse to terminate him!

Re: Missed my ride

Can't really fire him. He does some work from time to time. And that makes him above a zero on the 1-10 useless scale.

His car is sitting in our parking lot with a blown head. One of my cars is sitting in the parking lot with no engine, no windshield, no side window, no interior, no seats, and no front hood (It's a midengine MR2; hence "front"). It IS really fun to have someone hide where the engine WOULD be, then grab someone else to show them my engine and when i open the hood the guy pops out yelling. Scares the shit outta em every time. My other car is sitting in the parking lot with a motor that's laying on the ground thanks to a mount. So now we share a company car.
