77 monte

i've got a 77 monte
i paid $1200. this is my daily runner.
i've been picking away at it's problems and have made some progress.
to the point where people make nice comments, and tell me to enter
shows; however i feel we could use new paint.
now before i do this i have to a address a fender issue,
i need one fender and instead of a stock tin i'd love to go with
fiberglass on both sides. but can't find em anywhere without selling my children to afford em
also would like to upgrade front control arms to after market tubular
racing style fancy things
now i know nascar ran these cars from 78-80
those front suspension and skin are what i'm interested in.
can anyone please point me in this direction
pictures of these race cars or old manufacturers...just anything
