Please Help with 91 crx ecu chip upgrade questions

looks like its all over this site, The questions on swaping b15 to b16 and which wiring harness to use, or ecu pinout configuration, etc. My question is , since I put a Soon2ecu chip upgrade on my PGM6 ,91CrxSi b16 swapped motor . do I even need to run and kind of harness , or can I just run my injectors and distributor wires . And please tell me which pins they wound go to on the ECU. By the way , I took a 91 Si I had ,built the motor(b16-MPFI) and dropped it in my 91 CRX DX. Keeping that harnesss on the DX body , and bringing the DX wiring harness with it .I'm using the Si distrubutor......help
