Half my lights out on 2000 - checked fuses, NOW WHAT?
My son has a 2000 Alero, he just called and said he had to use a flashlight to get home from work last night, no lights on the speedo, and dash, but shifter had lights, what does the dimmer switch control? Could it be something else...thank you, Rev.

There's 3 fuse boxes.. Driver side, passenger side and under the hood.. Check every fuse there is.......

Thank you for your information on this problem, my son checked two fuse locations, but I do not think he checked the passenger side, again thank you.

If the dimmer is all the way down, there will be NO lights in you car that will work, try pushing it up, if that is not the prob, do check the pass side as was stated before. my thought of the day.
