Lights Out

I have a 98 Expedition EB my headlights won't come on but the parking lights do. I've had the bulbs check and they're fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I have the same year and make truck, with the same problem. I had the truck completed check out and ruled all relay, fuses and switches out one by one. The problem was the signal switch on the steering colum. After replacing the switch the lights worked. The cost for the part and labor (done at R&S Strauss, in Brooklyn, NY), was $270.00.
