Question 92' not running right

My 1992 Tercel has been sitting for a while, every month or so i charge the battery and restart it. But I find that the radiator is leaking and the parking brake won't engage, the clutch is also bad. It needs new tires brakes as well as long with there are bees in the trunk. The overall car is in good shape but I don't know if i should keep it or sell it, can someone give me a suggestion on what to do? I'd appreciate it.

Needs:
Clutch plate
Brakes
New tires
new radiator
And battery

Also I don't need to pay labor fees

Thumbs up

Thats what i was thinking of doing
My mom has a 00' Rav4 allwheel drive it only gets 20-24 mpg average in a gas tank, which also is an inline-4 but has 40 more hp then my Tercel. Which last time my mom was running it, when it ran properly it got like 30+ mpg. With gas prices going up might not be a bad idea. Anymore suggestions?

Don't know about the clutch but the brakes are easy to do and cheap. Drums only cost $15.00 at advance auto and I paid $148.00 for 4 tires at Sams Club. I just did a partial rebuild on the engine, put me badck about $800.00 including beer, and figured it wouldn't take long to recoup that with the price of gas. I put a few miles a week on the old thing, 7K since the end of June. If you plan on holding on to it for a while I would fix it since you won't be able to get much out of it if it needs some fixing up. When you change the rad out go ahead and replace the hoses.
