installing cold air intake in 99 v6, need help relocating pump!

well I have a 1999 v6 mustang, I just ordered a cold air intake. I live in CA so we have emissions here, and I know that i have this "electronic pump" for emissions in my fender wall. I guess I need a bracket to move a few inches over can some one please give me an idea on how I might get this bracket?? to be more specific here is a picture of it, some companies supply it I guess with intake kit, but mine didn't. please help!

damn... never heard of that, i didnt have any problems with my fender mounted cai here in texas. why dont u just install it without the pump or whatever, and whenever u have to take it to emissions test, replace the factory intake, its only 10 minutes worth of work (tops).
