'04 TDI 4 door banger project

Hey there,

Few months ago i picked up a '04 Golf TDI, unfortunatly its a 4 door banger. Theres no way for me to trade in for a 2 door since i need 4 doors for work, but, the power of the golf is starting to lack for my tastes but i really love the car so dont plan to sell it

Looking for some performance parts i could stick into it, doesnt matter if its bolt-on or not, dont mind some work. Biggest problem i can find is that its a diesel so im completly lost as to what to do with performance upgrades.

and if anyone knows of any nice clean body kits for the '04 that would be great too, keep in mind its a four door. no ricer shit though, looking for some nice smooth clean look for the car.
