Brakes & ABS

Hey, I was just wondering how well the brakes work on your DSMs. I was driving my mom's '02 sentra to school today, and I noticed how great the braking was, even with abs. For the afternoon, I took my '95 Eclipse out and the brakes felt like shit.. almost dangerous. Maybe I need new brake pads or else my ABS is too strong, but I was just wondering, are DSM brakes supposed to be this bad? Any input would be great, thanks!

Haha, yeah I realise that, but I'm not the first owner of this car.. and since the winters here can be VERY harsh, I wouldn't be surprised if the ABS and/or brakes were tampered with. I will check all that in the morning, thanks

Re: Brakes & ABS

The ABS won't have an effect on the braking unless you get to the point of locking up the tires.

I couldn't believe the difference after installing my brakes/rotors. I will never own another car without upgrading like I have with the Spyder

Rotors:

Best mod I've done to the car yet!!!
