EG vs GSR

This is kindof a long story but im gonna make it short. I was ridin in my brother's '01 Accord LX.... riding in traffic, trying to get where im going, when i spot a red EG w/ exhaust. i start riding his ass and he takes off. i chase him down and pull alongside and he rolls his window down. Lo and behold! Its a friend that I havent seen in about 5 years. We pull over and after some chatting Im heading back to my house to get my GSR. Apparently he bought a '95 EG w/ a H22 VTEC motor and all the bolt-ons and LSD from this dude that runs a local tune shop in Tallahassee for $5500. I couldnt believe it. to think i wasted so dam much for my POS....anyways we raced first from the dig. I got a decent launch while he just spun tires, i pull but as i shift into third he flies by me. Next we took it from the roll @ 40. He was gone. 10 cars at least by the end of 4th which was around 125 in my car. He raped me. he says the car runs high 12's w/ a good launch....but i dunno. I still think my pop's old camaro would kill em and he ran low 13's. To think he got that fast of a car for a little over 5 grand is absurd though......sorry this was so fucking long.

Yea H22s fly when in a light chassis go figure after I spend a ton for a nice LSVTEC they make H22 mount kits curse you hasport!!

H22 in a EG is no joke...the only thing i dont like about it is the understeer...

should he have owned me that bad? i mean he only really started pulling hard when i was at 120+. Until then he was steadily pullin...but in 4th it was like i was sitting still.

The GSR sounds better IMO. I feel like if the swap i have was in his car it would be lethal. I want to race him again. Im a stubborn bitch and I will come up w/ more excuses than a civic owner. I still dont believe him that he got that car for less than 6 g's

yeah these new guys missed all the fun haha. You, me and Ace are like grandpas around the honda section anymore haha (with the exception of some mods and people like jackasssi and jcrx of course)
