Wheel Issues

Hi everyone. I need some help with some problems I'm having with the wheels on my 2000 Chevrolet (stock Aluminum wheels). They have some spots that have a haze on them. I'm not sure what it is, whether it is old wheel cleaner or what. I've used a Turtle Wax wheel cleaner on them (can't remember the brand), Mcguire's Hot Rims and, before these I think I used an Eagle One product (many years ago). Can anyone give me some advice on how to get this off the wheels? I'll post some pictures of it if I can figure out how to do it on here.

Thanks everyone for your help.
