crank shafts

can a crank from a b16 fit into a b18c5? casue i can get a deal on a block but it is missing a crank.

i wouldnt waste my money on custom rods, although you would have a really high r/s ratio and that motor should be able to handle revs like theres no tomorrow but no low end torque
