Swapping a 4G

Hey everyone. I havn't had my 90 hatch for about 3 years now. My original goal was to swap it with a B series motor but It never happened. Since then I've had two Talon Tsi AWD DSM's and a Jeep YJ. I was now thinking about giving the civic thing another shot. My goal isn't to race or be fast (I didn't plenty of that with the Talon's). I want a well balanced war that is fun to drive but I can put together for a few grand. I was just curous what swapping a civic is like these days. Can you still get your hands on a B series motor? Are a lot of people still doing it? I know getting your hands on the parts was hard 3 years ago, I want to know what the situation is like these days. Thanks guys.

Re: Swapping a 4G

welcome back!

yeah b series motors are pretty easy to come by. Some motors are getting alittle harder to find i guess. and i think its easier now than it was 3 years ago doing swaps since you can get mounts anywhere, like ebay.

Where can I get a complete swap? (I used to konw all the good places but I"ve been out of the loop). Aslo what does a shop charge to do the swap, me and my brother could easily pull it off but if it's cheap enough ill let someone else do it.

I'd like to get a B18C but I'd settle for a B16A. And does anyone have a B17? I havn't heard of one of those in a EF for about....well 3 years now.
