Help Problems With 91 accord LX

Alright im having a few small problems with my car.

1)(5 speed) I drive my car for about 15 minutes gears working perfect after the 15 minutes when the car gets warm 3rd and 5th gears begin to grind slightly. Grinds more at higher rpm's.

2)Problem since i owned the car. I noticed a strange sound near the front tires kind of like the sound of a worn out bareing. But the thing is i have sent it in to a front end inspection twice and everything has come out fine. The sound seems to get louder the faster i go and u dont really hear it from 50km and down. O and also when i turn left the sound gets louder also.

Heres my baby 250k

accord

Sounds like the syncros in the trans are bad or possibly a clutch problem also the noise in the front sounds like a wheel bearing or drive shaft
