Question Just changed brake pads

The first 4-5 steps on the brake down the road while the car is moving makes loud noise (can be heared inside and outside) ... then everything seems to be working perfectly no noise, strong and stable.

Any suggestion or should I just give it more time since it's just been changed ?

I would give some time to seat the new pads. Did you change anything else. Did you need to releive pressure in the brake system. If so, did you bleed the brakes in accordance with the maintance instruction manual (Haynes)?

Some times it takes at least 1,000 miles or so to seat the new pads. You can put some brake pad stop squeak on the back of the brake pad where it touches the caliper. Usually the squeek is caused by the caliper piston grinding against the brake pad. I don't know who makes the best stop squeek, but I know it works, no matter who makes it.
