Stillen "Cold" Air Intake and Exhaust

I just bought a 02 xTerra SE S/C 4x4

What are my best HP gains for a intake and exhaust?

1. Stillen apparetly has a "COLD" air intake avaialble for 02 models. I can't get any info on it.

2. Other options are reg. intakes from AIRRAID and K&N etc. SHould I just go for these. I heard the stock intake on S/C exterra is pretty good itself.

3. Many exhausts, like Calmini are not compatible with supercharged models. Other forums suggest a Stillen exhaust, but I can't tell it they are compatible with S/C models. Stillen website SUCKS!
Any other exhausts like a Gibson, comp. with S/C models?
