2002 onwards iPod connection?

Hi all. I'm new to this forum having just got myself a 2002 S-Type 3.0 V6 Sport. The car is one of the post-'02 revision ones and has the newer dash arrangement ... and this is where my problem lies. I would like to connect my iPod to the CD autochanger input on the back of the stereo. It's not a 9000 Premium system so far as I can tell. It's the standard one. I can find any number of iPod adapters for the cars made up to 2002 and I can find one full control system for cars with the 9000 Premium pack, but nothing at all for mine. Has anyone here managed to get an ipod to work with a stereo like mine?

Thanks,

Nige.

Wow. Quiet forum, this. Anyhow, for those who are interested, right now this iPod connection cannot be done. The 2002 onwards S-Types with the standard (non-9000) radio have a fibre-opric autochanger input (probably based on the MOST protocol). Dension are the only people doing ANYTHING fibre-optic with iPods and have so far only sussed the MOST Mercedes. There is a development project on for the Jags.
