accord 2001

just wonder when do u guy change the timming belt on an accord 2001?
Some said 60k,70k, and 90k. i dont know which one is correct.

Probably closer to the 105-110K mark. Check your user manual.

I remember the Accord mechanic manual says 90k miles. So mine is coming up soon

Also something about belt noise, if you can hear squeaking sound near between 80k - 90k miles you should have it replaced or at least checked.

Its better to spend $300-400 than wait till the belt snaps and spend alot more.

Just confirmed with Honda, the change point for 2001 Accord is 105K or 7 years whichever comes first. The cost to replace the belt and other associated items like seals, water pump and drive belt is about $750.
