Ok here's my problem I have this shity boost controller and it doesn't really adjust the boost. Well it does from 7-12 but i can't get it any higher. I know that the stock setting on the 2g is 14 so should i just hook that back up and hope the turbo will spool that high?

Re: Bcs
It should work, but a good MBC would probably be a better solution...

Re: Bcs
I tried to go to the turbonetics site but it doesn't even show that they make a boost controller..

Re: Bcs
Sometimes, the turning of the knob versus increase in boost is a directly proportional relationship that isnt linear. My JoeP has to be turned 3 times for the boost to go from 10 to 12. After that, a single turn seems to shoot boost up to 15. Three more turns give me 17... it's strange, I dont know why that happens. Maybe youre having the same problem?

Agreeded my turbo xs one is the same way. I had to crank it a few times to run 16 psi but a half turn after that jumps it up to 20 psi.

Re: Bcs
i dont know but if I turn it all the way down it will do 7-9 psi if i turn it all the way up it will do 12 psi. when i first got the car running i was able to get it up to 17 but then the intercooler pipe came off and it sprayed oil under the car. That was because the washer under the turbo were not strong enough, But i have fixed that problem but now i can't get over 12 as i said don't know what the deal is. I Tried to do some runs the other night by adjusting it slowly to see if it made any difference but i would only hit 12 and 7. But on the t25 i was able to do 16 with the same setting but this turbo is not having it.
