Unhappy help please

ok so hears the deal hope this isnt too long to read. I just purchased a prelude with h23a1 swap.. IT was non runing. I picked it up and was told it needed an oil pump. The old pump went out because the motor had been just rebuilt and was bored out with forged pistons. IS THIS TRUE."that u need a high valum pump if its bored out. IT has 200 miles on the motor transmission and has brand new clutch. I was told it was bored out it has intake and I think pulleys. I bought it for $1000. I did have a daily driver to get me back and forth to work thats why i bought this car to fix it and race it. but I dont have a car now so it has to be fixed asap. no1" how do you get the timing set to top dead center" read the manual and just dont get it" Ive got everything off of it to change the oil pump exept the timing stuff gears pulleys ext. the body it messed up on the driver side. a bodykit with take care of everything but the quarter pannel. so i need some good advice to get this thing running. If anyone is intrested in buying this I would be more than happy to negotiate with you ive gotta fix this thing or sell it in the next few days.
