check engine codes

i have a 97 grand cherokee tsi. the check engine light is on and i like everyone else want to figure it out for myself instead of dropping a couple hundred $ on a garage hooking up the computer on it. when i did the on-off sequence i got, 12,31,55. so i got that much, but no where have i found out where to find out what each of those codes mean...anyone help me out??? everything seems to be running fine, for now. please help

Code 12 - Battery was disconnected within the last 50 ignition cycles.

Code 55 - End of Fault codes.

those 2 codes are normal to have no big deal.

Code 33 - A/C Clutch Relay Circuit. An open or shorted condition detected in the A/C clutch relay circuit.
