my 88 new engine
Well, here's a picture of the 283 I'm building, yes, that's an LT1 intake I sat on there, no it will not work on this engine, but I do have an LT1 setting on the ground behind the engine stands along with a 350 4 bolt out of a 71 corvette. Tell me how you think it's comming. PS, it's minus the crank, cam, lifters, and oil pan. That's on there way next week!!!

Very nice! My 90 will be going through the same thing in a year or two... I cant complain too much right now...208 thousand miles, and it only has a slightly rough idle...and I think those are engine mounts... good trucks!
