Tundra Brakes Upgrade Parts Advice Request

I have a 2000 Tundra 4 door V8 that I am trying to repair the front disc brakes vibration problem by upgrading the brake system. I located a technical service bulletin, TSB BR004-02, which describes the problem and details the repair. Since my vehicle is out of warrantee, the dealer wanted $2,000 to install the new rotors, calipers, pads, bearings and other ancillary items. That price is a little out of my budget right now. I asked a local parts supplier and they thought that they have the parts, but those parts would most likely be identical to the original defective parts.

So does anyone know of a vendor for the brake upgrade that would be the parts specified in the TSB - OFP No. 47730-0C010?

Thanks

Re: Tundra Brakes Upgrade Parts Advice Request

Newer trucks (2003.5+) come with the improved/larger calipers. you could try a junk/salvage yard.

The TSB rotor are the same, i put on some SP diamond slotted (www.raceshopper.com). They havn't been on long enough to tell if they will warp too, but so far its been 6k and still smooth.
