Grey Plastic Bumpers
can the grey plastic bumpers on a 96 cav be painted to the color of the car?

If it were smooth plastic, it would be cake. But since its got that texture, getting it to look half decent would not be worth the time. Just find some stock plastic body color bumpers and get them painted. Don't waste your time/money on the greys.

Yeah I'd say to go find some of the smoother ones. The grey ones have that like bumpy feel and so painting would be difficult.

Well he didnt ask anything about how it would look or how well the texture would turn out. I gave a simple answer for a simple question. That and I wasnt in too much of a mood to type that day and I knew that a simple yes would have to get some responses that would add to that. Just didnt think it would take this long.
