amp proplems

trying to install an amp in my 2000 civic EX. I have all wire ran but the proplem is my cd player witch is a kenwood kdc-128 doesnt seem to have a remote wire for the amp. the only two wires that are left are a mute and a dimmer I think. Its there some way to hook it up with out the remote wire? plz help

dude, you can use any wire that relays through the ignition. what i do is to splice the remote onto the power antenna or the ignition wire.
