I have a 96 Eddie Bauer and I was wanting to know if 14.5 MPG is avg. or should I be getting more I have a 4.0 L or is there something wrong with my car?

I am getting 20 MPG on mine believe it or not. I keep it tuned up with Autolite Platinums and replaced the O2 sensors recently and have a K&N air filter. I also run a bottle of Fuel Injector cleaner every oil change. I have 136,000 on mine and it runs like a top.

this sounds very very good, i wish i would get this
you said you replaced O2 sensors, how much are they and what brand if there is any. Also, Fuel Injector cleaner, how do you use that? Do you put it in your gas tank or you put it in your oil. I have bought a cleaner called SeaFoam, people were saying it does magic. so i am waiting to do it.

I use Bosch O2 sensors and Synpower Fuel Injector Cleaner(3000 mile) by Valvoline, which goes in the gas tank.
