Angry stalling in the rain

Okay, whenever it rains my car starts to putter, or in other words, a major misfire is occuring. Also, if i continue to drive, whenever i will come to a stop, my car will stall unless i keep my foot on the gas keeping the rpms high enough to prevent that. I have a 92 honda prelude. I have already changed my spark wires, spark plugs, distributor cap, and ignition coil, what else can be the problem

Do you have any panels missing under the engine that would allow water to get to the distributor, or in the air intake. Sounds like water getting on some of the ignition. Might try some or ignition water proof spray (hair spray worked on my motorcycle ignition). Let us know?!
