JUmping time

Hi, 1994 g/a 194000 miles 2.3, the thing keeps jumping time,
I've replaced the chain and the tensioner, it runs great for awhile and then wammo, twice now it has bent all four intake valves? The last two times I have parked the car, turned it off (running great) then when I
start it back up, the valves are clattering like crazy, pull it apart and it's jumped a tooth? Tensioner is keeping tension on the chain?????
I dont get it??

Have you replace the timing belt gears AND pull the head to have the valves replaced and the head conditioned?
