Instument Panel 91 GTS-Light Location?

Hello, I just picked up my first car and it's a red 1991 GTS. It's absolutely beautiful. I had the exhaust, brakes and floor panels all replaced, it's running great. The first night however, I noticed that the instrument panel (Speedometer, Fuel etc...) is lights out! I checked all fuses with a voltmeter, and they're fine. I was wondering if someone could give me a tip on how to access the lights behind there. This may be easy, but I'm a novice, and I don't want to make a silly mistake. I have no problem attacking it, if I am educated first!. Thank you for reading this.

Sorry if this is too simple, but what the heck....
Have you checked the dimmer switch? If you turn it and nothing happens, then pull out the dash a bit (look for all the screws, and pull the clips, etc..being careful of course) and see if the connection is loose, or out. If connection is good, then you may need a new dimmer. This is where all the dash lights connect, so it is the most likely culprit.
