Re: whats this mean?

The crank position sensor is going bad and there is no signal being sent to the ignition module that will allow the car to fire. It could be a wiring problem but it is probably a bad sensor. Pull the wiring connection at the ignition module and plug it back in. If it is a dirty contact the problem may correct itself but I doubt it.

I just had the starter replaced and the car starts fine. But this code is coming up. The car is running very rough, would this code have anything to do with the way its running?

Thanks for the help

Yes, the CPS controls spark to the engine and if it is bad the car will run rough. If you have it changed the problem should go away. I would check the wiring first as if you just changed the starter one of the wires to the CPS may have been abraded or is giving you intermittant contact.

Check all the electrical connectors near the fire wall on the passenger side. Same thing happened to me when I replaced my starter. Found connector disconnected, probably from manipulating harness in order to do starter work(I had the same code).
