1990 Legacy, Wierd Starting Problem
My sub starts to crank but never catches. Battery, Starter, and alternater are all brand new and even had them re-tested. SO i am clueless, just cranks and cranks but never turns over.
any ideas?

No real help here, but for an engine to run you need Fuel, Spark, and Compression. On my RX7 I check for spark by attaching something to the plug wire and letting it arc to the strut tower. You don't want to know how I check for fuel, 'cause you might blow yourself up, but you should have your fuel pump/filters/injectors checked.
