If your car had collision and the airbags came out you need to replace it with new airbags. I am not sure, but maybe the seat belts have something (a security feature) that tighten the seatbelts to protect the passenger. You should replace it. When you replace it, maybe you need to configure those new items with the ECM (computer).
If you have not any collision, maybe someone disconnect the plugs that are on the bumper bar.
Try with a reset of the ECM.
-Disconnect the negative of the battery for some 15 seconds. Then place it again in its place.
-If when you set the ignition switch to ON position the SRS light come again you may go with a technician.
