Help please

I have a 2000 neon and the code P0743 come on and my car keep dying can anybody help me

P0743: TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH SOL/TRANS RELAY CIRCUIT

Check the wiring on the TCC, it may be loose, cracked, or may need to be replaced.
