Pricing of 95 Wrangler

I'm looking into buying a 95 SE with 103k miles, no major rust, manual transmission, Excelent body, Cannon Fuel system, Banks power exaust, Safari rack, Bikini top, soft top, 3" suspension lift, BF 33x1250 R15 tires (lots of tread)upgraded sound system I'll be test driving it later on today as long as it runs good, sounds good and has no leaks I was going to offer about $6500. He's asking $7100 . Am I offering to much?

a 10 year old jeep with a four cyl isnt worth that,even with all the stuff on it,unless its been regeared its gonna be the slowest thing around,even then still its a 4 cyl,if it has the 6cyl it worth the 6500 maybe,but i wouldnt even wanna give 6000 for the 4 cyl set up.but its your money,ur better off trying to jew him down alot,its 10 years old and a yj,u should be able to get it for 6k,u always have to look at it this way if i pay him what he wants today,can i get it back if i had to sell it tomarrow,hope this helps
