Wiring Trouble Please Help

I have a 1993 Honda Civic LX. The guy who had the car before me had an aftermarket alarm installed. I am taking it out. I have the dash board off and the whole removal was really basic until now. There were two wires from the car spliced into the alarm unit. I can't figure out where they went before the alarm was installed. Both wires are located behind the fuse box and come from a cluster of wires. One wire is Green with a Red stripe and the other is Green with a White stripe. Any help is much appreciated. Thank God my race car is almost done.

PS: A schematic or wiring diagram would be very helpful if you know where to get one online so I don't have to spend money. Thanks guys.

Working off of memory right this second but I think thats going to be in the lighting.......I do have a manual but will dig it up when I get some free time. Is your car having some sort of problem? I am thinking those wires were prob hooked to make ya lights flash.

I'm actually in the process of getting the motor built so I'm not sure if anything is wrong. I kinda wanted to just have everything hooked up before I start it back up when I get my motor back in a week or two. I'll start checking all the wires to lights. Let me know when you find that manual. Thanks.

Can someone just look under their dash behind the fuse box and tell me where the two wires I mentioned go. It shouldn't be to hard to do. Please check.
