Angry P.O.S. O2 Sensors

So, my CEL comes on again.....It's been fluctuating on and off for a few days at a time for about a month now.
I took it to Autozone and they pulled 2 codes, one of which (P1153-Bank 2 Fuel Control Shifted Lean) I'm positive is directly to attributed to the main culprit which was:

P0153-Response time for 02 Sensor 1 in Bank 2 was too slow during testing.

I'm under the impression that the setup for my 2002 V6 is:
Bank 1 is the passenger side, Bank 2 is the driver's side. For an automatic transmission, Sensor 1 is the pre-cat sensor and Sensor 2 is after-cat. For a 5-speed, Bank 1 Sensor 1 is driver's side before the "Y", Bank 2 Sensor 1 is passenger's side before the "Y". Bank 1 Sensor 2 is between the "Y" and the cat and Bank 1 Sensor 3 is after the cat.
(Thanks to Canucklehead for the above description

My dealer already dealt with code P0155 and replaced one 02 Sensor, although I can't tell from the ticket which side they replaced. I called them and they told me that P0153 is designated for one side and P0155 is designated for the other. I'm confused now as I've found on here people who say their code P0155=O2 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1 and my code P0153 ALSO says = O2 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1.

Can someone help me out here? I want to make sure this part shouldn't be covered under warranty.
Thanks,
Tom

Bank 2 sensor one is your pre-cat sensor on the driver's side. I lost one sensor on my 2002 3.2L as well @ around 30K miles. That same one. I had a heater circuit malfunction that eventually lead to a completely dead O2 sensor. A plug ' n play sensor for the 2002+ rodeo 3.2 are near impossible to find (1998-2001's can be had anywhere !@#$). All 4 sensors are exactly the same on 2002+ they are denso's. I got mine thru www.stcharlesauto.com for around $120 IIRC. If you can live with the check engine light for awhile, just swap the after cat sensor with the pre cat. That way the computer can atleast adjust your fuel trim as designed. The after cat sensors do nothing more than tell you if the cats are working or not.
G/luck
